Wireless

Wireless is the newest buzz word in data communications, though its practice is more than 100 years old. The 19th century ended with the development of Marconi’s wireless telegraphy in 1896. The Telegraphy enabled the transmission of Morse code via radio waves across long distances. It was mainly used for ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore communications.

Through the 20th century, we have seen this communication platform evolve, bringing us AM, FM, XM, CDPD, GSM, 802.11, bluetooth and many others.

We understand the technology, it’s advantages, and disadvantages. We also have specialized terrain path loss, GPS positioning software and other tools to correctly implement a reliable and secure wireless infrastructure.
